Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours and delivered within 24 to 72 hours after dispatch
Orders will be ready for pickup from your selected store within 24 to 72 hours. The orders can be picked up for 14 days post purchase.
DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to deliver all orders within the timeframes stated above. Delivery times are estimates and dependant on the availability of items included in your order.
DELIVERY ADDRESSES
Please ensure your selected delivery address is correct as we are unable to amend this once your order has been placed. We are also unable to deliver to freight forwarding or PO Box addresses.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Please note that in some cases your order may be sent in more than one parcel because items are being sent from multiple locations. Even if this is the case, they’ll all have the same order number, but bear in mind that tracking numbers and delivery times may differ.You can find an individual tracking link for each parcel in the ‘My Account’ section on belstaff.com (if you have an account with us) and they’ll be sent to your inbox in individual emails.
